You don't need another healing modality.
You don't need another certification, another energy clearing, another deep dive into past lives.
Healing isn't cumulative.
Every new technique you explore, every guru you follow, every session you book... it all reinforces the same core belief:
Something is fundamentally wrong with you.
You're adding layers of complexity to fix a problem that exists primarily in the conceptual realm.
"Oh, this reiki helped a bit, but I think I need to clear my ancestral trauma next."
It's an endless loop. A spiritual hamster wheel. It never ends.
The pursuit of healing is fueled by the conviction that you are broken.
And that conviction?
It's the seeker.
The one who feels wounded, who yearns for wholeness, who is desperately trying to get somewhere better.
That seeker?
It is the wound.
The idea of a separate entity needing fixing is the primary illusion.
You are collecting keys for a door that was never locked, on a house that was never built.
It's an elaborate, exhausting performance directed by the mind, starring the 'wounded self' and the 'aspiring healer'.
Here's the gentle amputation:
You are adding techniques to find a wholeness you already are.
The truth?
It's not that you finally find the one modality that fixes everything.
It's the quiet collapse of the entire healing project.
The staggering relief of realizing there was nothing to fix in the first place.
The 'wound' was a story.
The 'seeker' was a character in the story.
And the fundamental reality, the awareness in which the story unfolds, is already perfectly, unequivocally whole.
It cannot be wounded. It requires no healing.
The peace you seek isn't found by accumulating more tools.
It's found by questioning the belief that you are the broken thing.
Just this.
Already complete.
So, if you stop searching for the next thing to heal you, what remains? What fears might come up for you to look directly into?
And who is it, exactly, who felt broken?
Other than just an idea of you.
